Plagueborn staves don't drop in req Inspiration (to the best of my knowledge)... so if you want a plague with HCT insp, this (or req Dom) the best you can do. It might be a hard sell, but I can see getting around 25e for it from a collector.

EDIT: I suppose I could be wrong here, since it seems I'm outvoted

But personally, I wouldn't sell this nice staff for so cheap >.>

If you wanne spend like alot of time explaining stuff to people and eventualy maybe getting a good price from some1.. do your thing. But I'd just put it on a hero or merch. Don't see how this would get 25e.
